Size Chart: Because we work with many different brands, we do not have one uniform size chart. When available from a specific brand, we post the size chart with the clothing. However, not every brand offers one. The one provided above is intended to give an idea of the sizing of the clothing; however, it is not accurate for all items. Since we cannot offer a universal size chart, we offer free returns as long as you return your item within the terms of our return policy.
1. I feel uneasy about buying from an online store. Is my credit card information safe?
Question 3 really gets into the technical stuff, but, in basic terms, yes. We at Avady Clothing Company chose Shopify as our platform because they take care of the payment information. Our office is only told that the order way paid and then Shopify transfers the money to us. Your personal credit card or Paypal information is NOT shown to us, and, honestly, that's the way we like it!
2. Do you have a sizing chart?
Because we offer clothing from different companies, there is no universal size chart. Any company with which we work that offers a size chart will have that size chart with the item. We do have a link for a sizing chart that will provide you with a general idea of how clothes should fit; however, it is only a general guide because we work with so many designers.
2. Do you have any stores locations?
Our location is the internet. You need not worry about travel; everything is through your computer!
3. Is my credit card information secure?
Yes! Avady Clothing Company uses the Shopify platform for our store. When we asked Shopfiy what type of security our customers would have, this is what they told us: “You're site is completely secured by us including SSL encryption for the checkout and customer account areas (anywhere sensitive data is exchanged). We are also completely PCI Compliant, so no credit card data is stored and our security protocols for the entire network meet the high standards needed for certification.”
3. Will my order come in one package?
The short answer, maybe. We have three different places of storage, so depending on what you purchase, it could come from any of our facilities.
4. I have a question, who do I contact?
There is a popup link that allows you to email us any questions that you may have. This is the most efficient way to send us a quick question. We also have an email address: email@example.com or you could call us: 1-631-517-3997.However, we are most likely busy with filling orders and making our store run smoothly, so it's best that you leave a message. It is easiest to contact us via email though. We will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours.
5. I just ordered something yesterday and now there is a coupon, can I use it for my past purchase?
Sorry, but we are unable to retroactively apply coupons to orders that have already been placed.
6. Something I just ordered yesterday at full price is now on sale! Can I get the sale price?
We'll issue you the price difference in store credit, as long as:
* Your order was placed within 5 days of the item(s) going on sale.
* You purchased the item(s) at the original price. We cannot offer further markdowns on sale merchandise.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, not at this time.
8. When will I receive information about my return?
Returns are usually processed within about 5-7 business days after we receive your package, and we'll email you as soon as we process it. In the meantime, you can keep track of your package with the tracking number listed on your return shipping label.
9. An item I like is out of stock, can I do anything about that?
Sometimes items will remain out of stock and sometimes we will get more in. Check back within a week to see.
10. I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help. But you must contact us immediately. We are always looking to provide you with the best service possible, which means we try to pack and ship orders fast! Once your order is initially processed (usually within 2-4 hours), we will be unable to change or cancel your order.
11. Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If, for some reason, you didn’t get an email, please check your spam folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list.
12. When will my order ship?
Within 2-3 business days. Don’t forget that we are unable to ship on the weekends and holidays but rest assured that we are processing and shipping as fast as we can!
13. Can I use more than one promotional code?
Unfortunately, no. If you have more than one offer available, choose the one that fits your needs best. Don’t worry, more promotions will be out soon.
14. Do you offer gift cards?
Absolutely! They are a great gift for any fashionista in your life.
Please try to inspect your purchase within 3 days of receipt for any defects. Our policy lasts 30 days from the day of shipment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; meaning it must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase. To start the return process, email us at email@example.com. We will respond with a return number that you will place in your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Unless otherwise noted, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. At this point, all shipping costs are covered by Avady Clothing Company.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
